What’s Happening at Nature Kin
We offer year-round opportunities for seasonal learning.
Our 2026-27 School Season begins September 8. Enrollment Open
Community Celebrations: September 20 1-3 | December 20 2-4 | March 20 11-1
This one feels a little like watching our everyday life on screen.
Episode 2 of Farm School’d, Day in the Life, is now live!
What does a day of learning outside actually look like? It can be muddy and messy. It can be quiet and curious. It can look like building, creating, problem-solving, taking appropriate risks, working together, moving your body, or simply having the freedom to follow an idea and see where it goes.
For our Nature Kin community, these aren’t just scenes from a documentary. They’re pieces of what happens here every week, and we’re so excited to share a glimpse of it with you.

Miles, Graduating Student
“And finally, Forest School has helped me become more compassionate. I have learned to love the forest, trees, plants, and animals and treat them like my friends. I’ve also learned how friends can be really different from me but also nice and thoughtful and help me grow. Even though our brains work differently from each other we still worked together to care for this farm and this forest.”
At Nature Kin Farm and Forest School, a safe and welcoming community is very important to us — we strive to create a joyful place for people of all races, ethnicities, national origins, abilities, ages, religions, sexual orientations, and genders.
